Self and Source Awareness
The most important place for us to start is with ourselves. If we are going to provide the sort of service people require to achieve their aspirations and dreams for a good life, we must have an awareness of ourselves. We need to know what our motivations are and how we impact on others and the world around us.

Values in Action
We have identified some key knowledge, skills and abilities that we believe everyone who works within Interactionz must demonstrate. These skills and abilities are described as our Values in Action. In summary these are;
Having a Relationship Focus
This means developing and maintaining relationships of trust and respect by being dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of people.
Working with Others
This means being willing to work as part of a team to create an environment where goals are achieved.
Being Vision Driven
This means being focused on making personal contribution to achieving the vision of Interactionz.
Having Effective Communication Skills
This means being able to exchange information and ideas both verbally and in writing.
Coping with Change
This means remaining positive and committed during times of change in direction and priorities.
Being Focused on Continual Improvement
This means trying new ideas and ways of doing things.
Being Aware of our Impact and Influence
This means that we are aware of how our own behaviour can persuade and change others.
Being Committed to Personal Development
This means looking for and taking advantage of opportunities to develop our knowledge and skills and helping others to do the same.
Showing Leadership
This means motivating others.
Knowing the Organisation
This means knowing how Interactionz works and being aware of our direction and goals.
Planning and Organisation
This means using what we have and know to develop clear plans for moving forward.
