Goal Facilitator – Interactionz
Interactionz is an organisation that works with people with disabilities and has a vision of people leading lives that have meaning to them, with infinite possibilities.
The Goal Facilitator will work with individuals on a daily basis towards the achievement of their aspirations and goals. This will include breaking down the goals into specific steps, and creating opportunities for people to do the tasks and activities that show progress is being made.
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate the following attributes:
· Demonstrates alignment of own values with Interactionz values.
· Demonstrates self management skills and personal capacity with life and work balance.
· Demonstrates capacity for flexible thinking and exercises sound judgment.
· Demonstrates a temperament that complements the team.
· Demonstrates active contributions to community.
The applicant will have a clean full driver’s licence.
