ORGANISATIONAL STRUCTUREInteractionz is an independent Charitable Trust which operates in Hamilton City. The people it assists come mainly from the city and surrounding districts. The Ministry of Social Development and Ministry of Health are the major funders. Additional funding is derived from some ACC contracts and philanthropic trusts. Interactionz is governed by a trust board. The board’s role is to set the vision and strategic direction and to ensure the board’s governance policies are being complied with. The board employs a Chief Executive whose role is to manage the organisation in accordance with the limitation policies set by the board. The Chief Executive works with a leadership team to achieve the strategic objectives. The Executive Services Manager provides support for the CE and manages the Dinsdale office and is the initial contact person for Interactionz. The Transitionz Manager manages the research and development company. The Projects Manager manages the projects associated with the development of the business and strategic plan and related functions such as fundraising. The Person driven Approaches Manager manages all aspects of person driven approaches. Family Liaison oversees all relationships with family/whanau. The Community Connector builds and forms relationships with community. The Centre Managers lead a team of staff at each community centre and their major tasks are to carry out the work that ensures quality in service delivery is achieved. |
