This Framework encapsulates the learning that has occurred over the past few years as Interactionz transforms from traditional service driven structures and practices to a new way of serving people and communities.
The Framework is made up of segments of knowledge and skills that will assist organisations and those working within organisations to adapt their own models to create an alternative way of being of service.
The Framework is not static. It continually develops and changes along with the learning and development of Interactionz

The purpose of the Organisation Transformation Learning Framework is to assist in bringing about long-term, positive and sustainable change in the lives of people and communities.
